Privacy policy

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name and email address.
• Order details: the app package name and closed testing opt-in link you submit.
• Payment records: Stripe's transaction reference, the amount, and the last four digits of the card. We never receive or store full card numbers.
• Support correspondence, including anything you paste from Play Console.
• Basic analytics: pages visited and referrer, in aggregate.

Why we collect it

To deliver the service you paid for, to issue receipts and refunds, to answer your support requests, and to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, to process payments. Stripe is the controller of your card data under its own privacy policy.
• Our testers, who receive only your opt-in link and app name - never your contact details.
• Our email and hosting providers, strictly to operate the service.
• Authorities, where we are legally compelled.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are retained for seven years to satisfy tax and accounting obligations. Support correspondence is kept for two years. Opt-in links and app details are deleted 90 days after your testing window closes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Email support@testlaunch.app and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a cookie to remember your light or dark theme preference and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics that do not track you across other sites. Stripe sets its own cookies during checkout for fraud prevention.

Children

This service is intended for software developers and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
